Simon Enwia, CCIM
Simon Enwia, CCIM, is CEO & Managing Broker of SENW, where he leads a full-service, AI-enabled, tech-forward, multi-state brokerage. Licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, and California, Simon has led high-value transactions across industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. He is a national broker focused on data center development sites, providing owners of powered land and industrial sites unparalleled value.
Simon’s career spans leadership roles in development firms, general contracting, and real estate investment trusts (REITs), including pivotal work at Building Block REIT.
Simon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Associate Candidate with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). His professional volunteerism focuses on advancing commercial real estate education, where he is a mentor with CCIM and a board member of the Illinois CCIM Chapter, as well as a board member for the RED Awards. Featured in publications including Business Insider, Yahoo Finance, and the Chicago Tribune, he is a recognized speaker at real estate and technology conferences. Past volunteerism includes serving as an admin and advisor at Leasehackr.com, the Assyrian Arts Institute, and Silicon Valley Advantage. Learn more.

Myra Vorrice, CCIM
Myra Vorrice, CCIM, is the Principal and Founder of Horizon Property Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. With proven success across the Houston and Atlanta markets, she has closed more than $30 million in transactions and is consistently recognized as a top producer in the industry.
In April 2025, Myra earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, joining an elite network of only 20,000 professionals worldwide who hold the highest credential in commercial real estate. Her leadership and influence have also been recognized nationally and was named one of CREI’s Top Social Media Influencers, a finalist for the 2022 Woman of the Year Award, and a finalist for Emerging Leader of the Year (2021), honoring her as one of the brightest talents shaping the future of the industry.
Passionate about education and mentorship, Myra frequently serves as a guest speaker at universities and schools, including Clark Atlanta University, Emory University, Georgia Military College, Shadow Rock Elementary, and Alpharetta Elementary, where she inspires the next generation of leaders. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, she built a career in higher education, driving student success and social responsibility at respected institutions such as The University of Texas at Austin, Lone Star College, and the Houston Independent School District.
Myra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Texas Southern University. She has served on numerous boards, including CCIM Georgia, the Kirkwood Business Association, African American Real Estate Professionals of Atlanta, and Umu Igbo Unite. She is also an active member of Emory University's CYC Small Business Council, Urban Land Institute (ULI), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Project REAP, and is a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Beyond her professional achievements, Myra is deeply committed to community service partnering with organizations to combat food insecurity, support youth empowerment, and provide resources for underserved families. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and creating adventures with her husband and family.
