Ryan Moen, SIOR

Ryan is a Chicago-area commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience, from landlord and tenant representation to investment sales and acquisition advisory. He began as a real estate analyst at Oak Brook Bank, handled acquisitions, capital raising, and leasing at TriLand Properties, and was a Managing Director at Bradford Allen, where he completed hundreds of transactions. Crain’s has recognized him as a Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Broker, and his SIOR service includes the Chicago Chapter’s 2026 presidency.

Bill Lussow, SIOR

Bill has worked the Chicago market since 1999. In 2002 he founded his own commercial real estate company and led it for 12 years, building its brokerage team and running operations, property management, and construction management, alongside ownership of 500,000 square feet. He joined Bespoke in 2014 and now advises business owners, executives, and organizations nationally on acquisitions, leasing, owner/user purchases, and sale leasebacks, with a focus on greater Chicago.

Michael F. Mallon, CCIM, CRX

Mike brings more than 45 years of experience in the Chicagoland market, including roles as Vice President of Retail at Draper and Kramer and Vice President of Real Estate for the Midwest region at American Stores (Jewel-Osco) and Safeway (Dominick’s). He founded Mallon and Associates in 2005, has developed more than 222 grocery and drug store projects across a 12-state region, and received the first CRX designation awarded by ICSC.

Reid Bennett, CCIM

Reid has more than 24 years in commercial real estate and focuses on selling apartment communities, including market-rate and affordable housing, for clients across the Midwest and beyond. A multiple Partners Circle and President’s Award winner at SVN, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% of SVN’s 1,200+ advisors worldwide over the past 10 years. He has held the CCIM designation for more than 15 years and also coaches brokers with The Massimo Group.

Getting to Carlucci’s Rosemont & Auditorium

6111 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018. Free valet parking. Networking with drinks and appetizers runs from 11:00 to 11:30 AM in front of the auditorium. The program begins at 11:30 AM in the auditorium, and the luncheon follows at 1:00 PM in Carlucci’s dining room, just down the hallway. The CTA Blue Line Rosemont station is about a 6-minute walk.
